A tip was sent to CCSO in February 2022 that Carmona met and befriended the victim at a gym in Clay County and began sending nude images from his smartphone over Snapchat.<\/p>\n<p>Now Of\ufb01cer Alejandro Carmona, with the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Of\ufb01ce, is additionally charged with one count of online solicitation of a child, four counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communication device, all of which are felonies, in this case, according to the arrest warrant obtained on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Brittany Chrishawn Williams, now known as Brittany Chrishawn Moore, was the \ufb01rst to shed light on sexual misconduct by JSO of\ufb01cers. She released\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/E0Xe22w1edI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/youtu.be\/E0Xe22w1edI&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1652540480193000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2ecu9FNmUhrLm1GSSzL0Nc\">body camera footage<\/a>\u00a0in December 2020 that revealed JSO police of\ufb01cers exposing her breasts, joking about having sex with her and other civilians and using vulgar language to describe her body parts. Alejandro Carmona was included in these conversations as his supervisor is heard asking if Carmona was at Brittany Chrishawn Moore\u2019s residence to have sex with her.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wonderplugin-video\" style=\"width:600px;height:400px;position:relative;display:block;background-color:#000;overflow:hidden;max-width:100%;margin:0 auto;\" data-aspectratio=\"1.5\"><iframe class=\"wpve-iframe\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/E0Xe22w1edI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis all could have been avoided if the police in my case were held accountable for what they did to me,\u201d says Moore.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2020, JSO of\ufb01cer Alejandro Carmona randomly parked in Brittany Chrishawn Moore\u2019s driveway and refused to leave when she asked. Moore, 31, was the owner of the property and called 911 for help when of\ufb01cer Carmona would not leave and began to yell at her. Her call for help resulted in her teeth being broken by JSO police after they\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.news4jax.com\/news\/local\/2020\/05\/15\/woman-says-jacksonville-police-entered-home-without-warrant-used-excessive-force\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.news4jax.com\/news\/local\/2020\/05\/15\/woman-says-jacksonville-police-entered-home-without-warrant-used-excessive-force\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1652540480193000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2LtO_UrNta4lwZiTOTw3n-\">entered her home without a warrant<\/a>\u00a0and arrested her on battery charges that she was later found not guilty of.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHer attorneys argued\u2026neither [of\ufb01cer] Padgett or [Alejandro] Carmona were engaged in their of\ufb01cial duties as of\ufb01cers\u2026Carmona was trespassing on her private property. Meanwhile, Padgett unlawfully entered Williams\u2019 residence without a search warrant to make the arrest, and there were no exigent circumstances to justify the deputy\u2019s entry.\u201d \u2014\u00a0<em>Atlanta Black Star<\/em>\u00a0reported in April 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Since the conclusion of Brittany Chrishawn Williams Moore\u2019s case, it has been discovered that of\ufb01cer Alejandro Carmona had numerous amounts of complaints against him prior to his encounter with her. \u201cIn his 15 years as a Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Of\ufb01ce patrolman, Alejandro Carmona-Fonseca racked up 28 complaints from his superiors and citizens, according to his Employee Administrative Investigation History.\u201d \u2014\u00a0<em>Florida Times-Union<\/em>\u00a0reported.<\/p>\n<p>JSO reports it has suspended of\ufb01cer Alejandro Carmona, and that the department is working to \ufb01re him.<\/p>\n<p>Brittany Chrishawn Moore is currently working on \ufb01ling her lawsuit against the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Of\ufb01ce. \u201cI\u2019ve been praying for justice every day since my incident with JSO police.
