Master P , who has been known for his philanthropy in Louisville for a decade now, says that he will pay for Randolph\u2019s funeral costs. He has also expressed his sadness that a little girl has died without having the chance to fully discover her talents or professional calling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis a 3-year old innocent girl that\u2019s gone from her family, from her future, somebody who could have come out of the community and be the next president, doctor, lawyer, teacher,\u201d Master P told the Courier-Journal<\/a><\/em>. \u201cThis is sad.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Randolph\u2019s 21-year old father, Brandon Waddles, was also killed in the same incident. Randolph was allegedly playing in her \u201cFrozen\u201d dollhouse in their home when they were shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Evan K. Ross, who is 28-years old, was recently arrested in connection with the shooting deaths. He admitted his involvement in the murders and was charged with facilitation to murder. He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $1 million cash bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
